- Graduated High School on Long Island - Spent my first year of college living in New York City and attending CUNY Hunter College - BA from The Ohio State University where I majored in Criminology and minored in History - Obtained Initial Certification in Social Studies, Grades 7-12 from CUNY Queens College in the spring of 2015.
Experience
Over the past 2 years while completing the Secondary Education - Social Studies program at CUNY Queens College, I was also afforded the opportunity to Student Teach for the entire 2014-2015 school year on Long Island. This opportunity not only allowed me to get in front of and teach an entire class, but it also gave me countless opportunities to work one-on-one with any student who needed extra assistance. On top of this, I have also, independently worked on obtaining an extension in the field of special education and have had the opportunity to work with students with special needs.
